Esta é a parte mais importante. Se você levar só isto para casa, já valeu a aula.

Em inglês, os dois tipos de skill usam gramáticas diferentes. E a gramática já diz qual é qual.

Hard skill I can + verbo

I can use Excel.
I can speak English.
I can drive.

Soft skill I am + adjetivo

I am organized.
I am patient.
I am calm.

Hard skill é uma coisa que você faz. Por isso vem verbo. Soft skill é um jeito que você é. Por isso vem adjetivo.

CAN ou AM?

CAN: a gramática de hard skills

Três regras, só
  • Depois de can vem o verbo puro, nunca com TO.
  • Can não muda com he / she. É sempre can.
  • Negativa: can't. Pergunta: Can you...?
Cuidado
I can to use Excel. I can use Excel.
She cans speak English. She can speak English.
I have facility with computers. I'm good with computers.
I have knowledge in English. I can speak English.
I pretend to learn Excel. I want to learn Excel.

Pretend em inglês quer dizer fingir. "I pretend to learn Excel" é "eu finjo aprender Excel". Cuidado com essa.

Respostas curtas
  • Can you use Excel? → Yes, I can. / No, I can't.
  • Can you speak English? → Yes, a little.
Sua vez Diga três coisas que você can fazer no trabalho e uma que você can't fazer ainda. Depois: What do you want to learn this year?

My hard skills are good. I can use Excel very well. I can use our company system too. I can speak Portuguese and a little English. I can't speak Spanish, but I want to learn.

My soft skills are important too. I am organized and I am very patient with clients. I'm good at listening. I'm not very good at speaking in public, but I am calm in difficult moments.
